That means we carefully take off each tile, stack them safely on-site, and then get to work where it matters most: the underlayment and the roof deck below.

Over time, the Arizona sun breaks down your underlayment — the waterproof barrier that protects your home from leaks. Once it fails, water can seep through and damage the plywood (roof sheeting) underneath. That’s why during every R&R project, we inspect the entire surface for signs of rot, mold, or water damage.

This is my second time utilizing Pinnacle Roofing; first time was to replace and install a foam roof on my 14x32' patio, and just completed using their services a second time for a complete roof repair, reusing my existing concrete tiles.
