Foam roofs are durable — but when damage goes unchecked, it can lead to water intrusion, UV degradation, and costly repairs down the line. A fast, professional repair helps preserve the waterproof barrier and extend your roof’s lifespan.

Damaged foam can compromise your roof’s insulation. A timely repair helps restore energy performance and keep your cooling costs down.

Small cracks and surface damage can let water in. Timely repairs reseal your roof’s protective barrier and help prevent costly interior damage.

Foam exposed to sunlight degrades fast. Recoating damaged areas helps block UV rays and preserve the roof’s integrity.

Proper repairs restore your foam roof’s fire rating — especially in areas where coating has worn thin.

A repaired foam roof can be recoated and run for another decade or two before a full replacement is on the table. Cheaper now, cheaper later.
A real foam roof repair is more than smearing fresh elastomeric over a crack. We pull back the failed coating, inspect the foam underneath for moisture or delamination, and rebuild the layers the way the original system was specified. Here's how a job runs.

We evaluate your roof for damage, weak spots, and early signs of foam or coating failure.
We clean and dry the affected areas to ensure proper adhesion of repair materials.
We spray fresh closed-cell foam only in the failed areas and feather it into the surrounding sound foam. No wholesale overspray on roof you don't need to pay for.

Repaired areas are sealed with UV-resistant coating to restore reflectivity and waterproofing.

We leave your property spotless and perform a thorough walkthrough with you before closing out the job.

Plenty of Valley roofers can quote a tear-off and a re-spray. Fewer crews know how to diagnose why a foam roof is failing in one spot and not another. Ours does. We've repaired foam over stucco parapet flashings in Ahwatukee, fixed monsoon ponding on flat additions in Scottsdale, and chased microburst tears across whole roofs in north Phoenix. The repair we recommend is the repair the roof actually needs.
We specialize in foam roof repair for homes across the greater Phoenix metro — from the core of the city to the far edges of Maricopa County. Our service area includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Tempe, Surprise, Goodyear, and more. Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Reach out — chances are, we do.

We take pride in every roof we install — but don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what real customers across the Valley have shared about working with Pinnacle Roofing.
We highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing! From beginning to end, our roofing project was a breeze. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the process easy and the result is perfection! Thank you to the whole crew at Pinnacle Roofing! We appreciate you so much.
Pinnacle Roofing provided a first class experience with the installation of a new roof. From the initial contact with Alec and continuing with Grant these courteous, professional gentlemen made it their priority to give my wife and myself the best service ever. Their attention to detail was reflected in the installers who were meticulous, hard workers. As a nervous senior homeowner Alec and Grant allayed my concerns and were flexible with my requests as the project proceeded. The roof was completed quickly and looks terrific. Very competitive and fairly priced you can't go wrong selecting Pinnacle. I give myself props for doing so.
Pinnacle Roofing was great to work with. Our patio roof needed replacement, and the whole team — Alec, Grant, Brittany — made the process seamless. We got a fast estimate, on-time install, and no leaks even after a major rain. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle Roofing for my flat roof re-coating project. The entire team was professional and a joy to work with from start to finish. Excellent customer service, knowledgable staff and exceptional workmanship. Good people and great job! Special thanks to Alec, Grant, Genaro & the entire crew.

Got questions about fixing your foam roof? You’re not alone. We help Phoenix homeowners every week with repairs big and small — from sealing cracks to restoring full system performance. Here are answers to the most common questions we hear. Don’t see yours? Just ask — we’re here to help.
Yes. That's one of the real advantages of foam over single-ply systems. Cracks, punctures, blisters, and worn topcoat can all be isolated and repaired without touching the rest of the roof. We match the new foam density and the topcoat chemistry to what's already up there so the repair doesn't show as a soft spot down the road.
For small holes or surface damage, we clean and dry the substrate, spray closed-cell foam where it's missing, and topcoat with a UV-resistant elastomeric. Once it cures, the repair sheds water with the rest of the roof and won't read as a patch from the ground.
Most residential foam roof repairs run $500 to $2,000. Localized crack and coating work sits at the low end. A larger repair with partial recoat over a sun-fried south slope sits at the high end. Inspections and written estimates are free. If we think you're better off with a full replacement, we'll say so.
